Russian gas will be supplied to Uzbekistan

The government of Uzbekistan and Gazprom have entered into an agreement on the supply of Russian gas to the country, starting in the fourth quarter of 2023. A roadmap for preparing the gas transportation system has also been adopted. The documents were signed by the Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan, Zhurabek Mirzamakhmudov, and the Chairman of the Board of Gazprom, Alexey Miller, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
